Quality is a parameter of utmost importance for us. At Minnovation Group, we are never bothered about the supply volume. We are always determined and dedicated to supplying assured quality products.

Understanding Customer requirement

Before engaging in business with a customer we put enough efforts to understand their quality requirements, align our laboratory results with the customer’s lab results by testing same samples. We also send our quality checking person to their plant/laboratory and invite the concerned person/s from the customer side to visit our plants and laboratories. So overall, we are well aware of the customer’s requirements, and the customer also becomes well versed with our capabilities.

In house laboratory, QC staff and procedures

We have a well-equipped in-house laboratory and well-qualified and experienced lab technicians. Our plant staff are experienced and well understand the quality aspects thus give proper attention to it.

Before feeding raw materials to plants for processing, they are tested to check their suitability for the desired output. And processed minerals are also well-checked to ensure quality as per customer needs. We dispatch only materials certified to meet the customer’s requirement criteria.

Some indications of our devotion to quality are the following:

  1. We periodically calibrate our lab instruments.
  2. We regularly send our staff for internal/external training.
  3. We are always ready to invest money and time in updating our lab instruments.

We already have below major instruments in our inhouse laboratory:

  1. Flame photometer
  2. UV spectrophotometer
  3. Photo reflectance meter
  4. Muffle Furnace
  5. pH meter
  6. TDS meter
  7. Electro Magnetic stirrer

We are in the process of acquiring our EDXRF machine by mid of 2023.

Customer complaint Redressal

No one is perfect in this whole world, and neither are we. We take so much care at every step of the production and supply process, but as we live in the real world and humans being prone to errors, some incidents may happen that can result in customer complaints.

We always embrace such incidents positively, do proper debugging and find the cause of the issue. We find a proper preventive solution, document it, and implement it, so any such incident doesn’t happen again.

These findings are shared with staff and customers as well.
